A my M. Krumenacker joined Marmero Law in January 2021. She graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in May 2020 and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in December 2020.
While in law school, Amy interned for both local and federal government, serving as a Law Clerk for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and a Volunteer Intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. Amy also served as a Student Representative for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services, working on behalf of two clients seeking asylum in the United States. Additionally, Amy was heavily involved with the Institute to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation. It was there that she collaborated with various stakeholders, including the Pennsylvania legislature, to draft legislation and where she developed a training curriculum regarding trauma and trauma informed care which is currently featured in a Department of Justice accredited program.
When she was not studying or working, Amy dedicated her time to public service while in law school, serving as the Vice Director of the Walter A. Lucas Public Interest Fellowship Program.
Amy’s primary role at Marmero Law is supporting senior associates in the areas of labor and employment, litigation defense and dispute resolution.
